Every project begins with a walk of your property and ends up on paper as a scaled plan: where the patio sits, how the walls step down the slope, which plants go where and how big they will be in ten years. You see the whole thing and approve it before a single pallet of stone is ordered. Good landscapes are designed. The rest are guessed at.
Then we read the ground. Franklin sits on heavy clay over limestone. Clay holds water all winter, cracks open in August, and pushes on anything built carelessly on top of it. Rock often shows up a foot or two down. So we plan drainage, base depth, and footings around the dirt you actually have, not the dirt in a catalog. That is the difference between a patio that looks good in year one and a patio that still looks good in year ten.
One person owns your project. The project lead who walks your property with you is the same person who stakes it out, runs the crew, and walks it with you at the end. You always know who to call, and nothing gets lost between the salesperson and the job site.
The price is the price. You get a fixed written price before we break ground. If you decide to add something along the way, it is priced in writing first. No change orders you did not ask for, and no surprises on the final invoice.
